Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

MyPoints Question

I'm pretty sure I went through MyPoints to order my Entertainment Book(s)...how do I contact them about getting the points and what do I need to give them to prove I bought it?

  • If you've waited 30days for the points to show up and they haven't, if you haven't they'll just tell you to wait 30days before requesting credit. Email them forwarding your email confirmation from entertainment proving that you ordered it. They'll send you back an email confirming credit and babble on a bit about tips to ensure you receive your credit.
  • Hmmm...okay.  I guess I just figured it would have shown in my pending points by now--do they not do that?  It's been maybe 1 or 2 weeks.  Thanks!
  • They should have shown up as pending right away... sorry  :(   If you haven't received it yet, I'd cancel your order and try again.
