Ne1 else write to Nest friends more than "real" friends?

I have so many friends to catch up with over email from back when I lived in Chicago, from college, etc. but instead of spending time on hotmail where I should be, I spend all my time writing to strangers on the Nest. 

I feel guilty.

i do similar... it's easier somehow...

and im in major lazy mode.. have been since post wedding.. and i'm stuck here

i was hoping t-giving would help

but with the weather and stuff i'm really stuck

Guilty as charged.  One of my best friends doesn't even know the latest on me and Joe but y'all do!  Crazy.

Well, I don't have many friends yet in AZ. The few I have are from the Phoenix Nest board and we will email back and forth offline. My other friends I tend to email every few weeks and those are long emails typically

The Nest is easy because I can talk to you guys anytime during the day...hehe.

I find that my friends online and the friends I've made online over the years know more about what is going on in my life than my friends from HS/college.  It is a little sad, but nice at the same time.
