OB/Gyn and Hospital Recs!

I still don't have an OB/Gyn here yet.  Who are the best in the area?

Also, what are the best hospitals to deliver in? I'd want one with private (and preferable nice and updated) rooms. TIA!

Re: OB/Gyn and Hospital Recs!

  • Dr. Lindauer or any of her partners at Northwest OB/GYN. You'll get several recs for this practice from the ladies on here. Dr. Lindauer delivers at Riverside, which has an excellent reputation.
  • Annie!  Not trying to be nosey...but are you pregnant?  :-)
  • is it that obvious?! shhh.... :)
  • I have toured Riverside, St. Anns, and OSU and they all have very nice facilities.  I chose Riverside purely b/c they have a Level III NICU and my babies will probably end up in there.  I have a friend who delivered at St. Anns and had a wonderful experience.  If you have a low risk pg I think you can't go wrong with any of those 3.

As for OBs, depends on where you live.  If you live on the NE side I recommend Dr. Elizabeth Sabol (but she cant' deliver at Riverside).  If you live on the NW side, I recommend Dr. Elizabeth Orwick.
  • p.s. if you are pg - CONGRATS!
  • Congrats!  How exciting!!!
  • Dr. Richard Marger in Reynoldsburg saved my life. He is beyond wonderful. 759-6200
  • I go to Dr. Sabol at Northeast OBGYN in Gahanna, she is the sweetest lady! (Many of us on here go to that practice). I have heard wonderful things about Riverside, St. Ann's and Grant Hospitals. We will probably deliver at St. Ann's.
  • I go to Dr. Michael Parker at NorthEast OB/gyn...I saw Dr. Sabol for one of my visits and she was quite nice as well. I delivered (c-section) at St. Anns and thought the staff was wonderful!! I still think i should send them a gift basket thank-you and Ella will be a year on Saturday...
    And congrats to you! :)
  • St. Ann's and Riverside are both great facilities and beautiful, updated/new private rooms.  Riverside does have the highest level NICU in the area.  I had a choice between St. Ann's and Riverside and I chose Riverside because of the NICU also.

I do like my Dr a lot -- he's Dr. Teteris.
His practice includes Teteris, Paraskos, Diaz, Orwick, Jenkins, and Ruedrich.

Offices in Dublin (near Tuttle Mall), Olentangy Rd (across from Riverside), and Westerville.
