Unfortunately, they don't. :(   His bar review course is $2500!  I'm not looking forward to paying that bill come spring.  Luckily the bar itself is only $500.  I think because there is only 3 people in the lawfirm, they can't afford to do that.  However, his boss told us that when we purchase a house up there they will help us out in someway.  They told us not to ask how or what, but to know that they will in someway.  Not sure what that means, but that would be a huge blessing for us since we don't have much for closing costs, etc!

  • $2500 for a bar review course??? wow. One of my friends graduated from Syracuse Law school in May and took the MD bar in July and he seriously had like no life for about a month and a half leading up to the exam. No doubt I'm sure your DH will be studying pretty hard in June and July this year!

That is nice that they do something for their associates when they buy a house...heck if they even paid for half of the closing costs, that would be nice.  congrats to him again for getting a job this early!!
