I'm going to see Lauren at the spa at river ridge.  The receptionist made it sound like there were only 2 therapists that do the prenatals.  If there is someone better than Lauren definitely let me know!  My appt is not set in stone and can easily be switched.  I definitley want the best.  )

I want someone who will spend most of the time on my lower back and hips and less time on my arms, etc which don't hurt at all.

yay!! she is the BEST!! I went to her and another and Lauren blew the other away. She really took the time to get to know my aches & pains and teh focus on those. Then aftewrads she showed me several exercises & stretches I could do to relive some pain. and they worked!
She is super cute, looks about 16 but she is wonderful and really does know what she is doing. and she didn't talk too much. i have a thing about that. I like to be quiet & relax during my massages.
Just a heads up, you will get naked and be under a huge blanket. Nothing is ever revealed. She also put a pillow under my knees and a hot pad on my stomach that felt soooo good. When it came time for the back, you will turn on your left side for that.

Yey!  Now I'm really excited!  My hips have been aching all morning and I think your post actually made them feel a little better in anticipation.
