December Wedding? What to wear?
We have a wedding to go to in about 2 weeks. What should I wear? I want to look very nice/chic, but be comfy. Is that even possible?
Re: December Wedding? What to wear?
I don't know if this will help but DH and I went to a wedding last night and this is what I wore:
A black dress from J. Crew that had 3-quarter length sleeves, and went to just above my knees. I then wore black fish-net stockings, red heels, and painted my finger nails red. I also wore a long red and black beaded necklace that I looped several times to created a more "chunky" look, and added a big jet cross on top of that.
Like you, I wanted something chic and a little different, but I also didn't want to freeze. The black/red together was just festive enough, but the fish nets and black cross gave it a little bit of an edge. HTH!
Mother's Day, 2011
I had this issue with finding something to wear for my class reunion this weekend. Most dresses I found have no sleeves.

I LOVED some of their selections although many were not available until a later date. But I got something to try out.
