As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

update on dad...
it's been a long, long 2 days. The surg went as well as could be expected and hes recovering slowly. Tonight they called and had put him in restraints cause he's trying to get out of bed...cause he wants to leave. He says weird things one minute....then ok the next.
My mom is really worn out and worried.....at least he's now in a step down unit! The worst part is yet to come for mom! the hospital has been worned that he WILL get NASTY and he WILL try to leave AMA! They just don't believe it!
Oh yea....Dr. told me Wednesday pm that the hospital in Lima DID the injury...yep, they cut a 1 1/2-2cm 'slice' in his esph! Go figure!!!!!
Thanks for all your prayers and good thoughts! I know that's why he's now in stepdown and not SICU where the dr said he'd be for 7-10 days!
