Clubhouse recommendations?

Hi ladies!  I am hoping you can help steer me in the right direction.  I am in Nashville and we are hosting a co-ed party/shower for 2 of our friends in Columbus.  We were originally having it at another friend's house but that is not gonna work out.  We are looking at bar options but that will limit what we can offer due to the expense.  I was wondering if any of you ladies know of a nice clubhouse in a development that I could contact about us using their space.  I have contacted 2 places in the Brewery district (apartments) and am waiting to hear back if they allow non-residents to use the space.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  A central location would be ideal but I am open to whatever is available. 

Thanks in advance for your help!!  And GO BUCKS this weekend (My DH is from Columbus and a big OSU fan so it has been OSU/Michigan talk all week!)!

I don't know of many clubhouses that allow non-resident use (maybe this is a regional thing), but could you do it at Panera??  They have a separate area in most of them that you could use and it wouldn't be too expensive.  Otherwise maybe a tea room?

i also haven't heard of any builders that allow non-resident use, but like shanna said the Panera community rooms are very nice!
