As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

4 MIles 4 Diabetes
Hi girls, I know that I've posted about this before but just wanted to remind anyone that might be interested.
On Sunday, December 2, 2007, my DH and I will be hosting 4 Miles 4 Diabetes, a 4 mile run/walk through Ohio Wesleyan Campus and the new bike paths of Delaware. Kate Burdett from the Alan Kabel Show with Kate and Matt on 97.1 will be on hand to provide music and entertainment. We have raffle prizes, food, and drinks for all participants and awards for our tops placers. And 100% of proceeds go directly to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association. I just looked yesterday and had to double check with hubby last night to make sure he was coming with me
He's hoping to steal a few minutes of Tom's time, but I told him that he would be busy 
So - we'll atleast for sure see you guys on the 2nd
