Small rave for Elite Carpet Cleaners
I got the rec for them from this board but wanted to put our own good word in now that we've worked with them--- and its not about how well they cleaned our carpet!
Most of you know we bought a duplex last year, renovated it and got people in there. Well he had to evict one half of it, and they quite literally destroyed the apartment. It was in worse condition than when we bought. The joys of being landlords, right?
Anyways the beige carpet that is less than a year old is literally BLACK everywhere there wasn't furniture. I have no idea how they got it that dirty, but it is. We called in Elite, and the first day he got there he refused to even clean it because he said it would just be taking our money, there's no way to get it clean. So then he offered to dye it for us a dark brown color instead. However, he tried that yesterday and after a bit had to give up, because you could still see the stains even with the dye. And he only charged us for the chemicals that he actually used, and no other service fee, since it didn't work.
We really appreciated such a stand up way to do business. Twice this guy saved us a lot of money by having integrity and being honest. Thats something we don't come across much in businesses anymore, so I wanted to do my part and share that with everyone. Really just appreciate things like that. Thanks!
