As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Monday Nights at Whole Foods
Apparently, it is the "Sample Night". I went to get a slice of pizza and some soup for dinner, and it was a mad house! They had "Gluten Free Dairy Free Mac and Cheese". It was super gross. Soy cheese is not cheesy. There were salads to sample, cheese, risotto, meat, sushi, bbq, scallop stirfry, fruit salad, and some gluten free cake. I think it was "Gluten Free" night. I only tried the mac and cheese and the risotto.
So if you want a free meal, but stand in lines, Monday nights at WF is the night for you!
