Adjustable Pants or belts for boys

Yes, I konw my boy is tiny,  so Ryan is 2 1/2 and wearing 18 month jeans.  Problem is that they are fine for length, but he has not butt or belly to help hold them up.  I need to find him some adjustable jeans or some belts for him.  Problem is I am not sure where I can find them at for reasonably priced.

Any ideas? TIA

Chrissy

Re: Adjustable Pants or belts for boys

  • We have the same problem. My little guy is too small around to hold most pants up. My mom sews a little tuck on the side of the waist band above the side seams of his other pants, but the adjustable waist band is so much better. My favorites come from Gap or Old Navy, so I try to get them when they have clearance sales. Eli just got a pair for his birthday that are the Cherokee brand from Target. The waist band isn't as good as the ON pants (the one end isn't sewn down and it doesn't go all the way around the waist so it isn't as tight), but it still works. The only belt we have came with an outfit that Grandma bought for him.
  • Walmart even carries adjustable waist now.
    Children's Place too.
  • Ruby has the same problem. I get alot of her pants from Kohl's. They carry several brands that have an adjustable waist. Good luck!
