I need a Block O cake for an OSU birthday
Any ideas who makes one? Or is there a mold that I can use to make one myself?
Re: I need a Block O cake for an OSU birthday
I don't have her contact info handy, but it's in my Knot bio "EmandDave" if you'd like it!
Sorry if I am late on this - I rarely have time to pop on The Nest! But I ordered a Block O cake for Nathan's B-day party (we never got to have the party due to selling house and my mom). I got it at The Suisse Shop in Westerville (near Polaris). It was pricey but you can get it in different sizes depending on how many people. And they have outstanding cakes. I think you can see a picture of it on their website.
A couple sidenotes - Tricia Gale did our wedding cake and it was out of this world. So I would second a recommendation for her! Also, I looked into making one myself for Nathan's party and honestly I thought getting the Block O to look right would be very difficult unless you had some kind of mold.
Also - I saw Take 'N Bake Block O pizzas at Kroger in case you are interested in those too!
