As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

To those of you who kept my daddy in your prayers
I just want to say thanks. Daddy passed away Sunday evening in his home. I can't believe I am actually typing this right now. I felt like I needed to tell you all because you were so great in supporting me and praying for my family. Who would have ever thought that I would feel so close to my online friends? Thanks again and God Bless you all.

*HUGS* Leah, I am soooo sorry to hear this. I am so thankful that you were blessed with time with your dad that you've had so far (even though that time was short) and I will be praying for peace and comfort for your family!

I lost my dad in 2005. I know right now it's very hard to talk about what happened, but eventually you'll come to a point where talking it will really help you feel better. I am so sorry for your loss. I know there is nothing anyone can say to you to make you feel better, just know you are in our thoughts and prayers!
I was 13 when I lost my dad. It will be 13 years in July, and still not a day goes by that I don't think about him! Just remember the good times and happy memories, that helps me
