NCounty Hair & Nail Salons
Can you recommend a hair salon in the San Marcos area? I am looking for a place that is close by and not too expensive. I have tried the Palomar Cosmetology School and that was fine, but they change their stylist all the time. I used to go to Toni and Guy in Orange County, but that is a far drive for me.
Also, I am looking for a nail salon that is affordable. Any rec's are helpful.

I go to Ballyhoo Salon in San Marcos and love it! It is right off of Nordhal. I go to Jenny, and I just love her. She has been doing my hair for a few years now and she always does a great job.
