yuck
I have been wanting to make lasagna all day. I went to Publix and got ricotta cheese, mozzerella cheese and some nice crusty bread to go with it. Came home....no lasagna noodles! I knew that I had some, but hadn't realized that I was thinking of seeing them in my cabinet in NEW JERSEY!!!! Duh....lasagna will have to wait for Friday 
Just wanted to share my saddness over the lack of lasagna that will be on my dinner plate.
