I am excited to be going to work for a few housrs tomorrow. I have been off with a sick baby all week
Emma had another ear infection....boo!
This weekend we are hoping to have a cook-out. It started with a friend and his son (visiting from Spain) and turned into another couple and their two kids. Not a big deal except my yard is a mess (big mess, we started tearing out a bunch of the landscaping last summer and need to grow some grass). So the kids really can't play much outside. And it will be a tight fit in the house. I will also have to shut my dog up because one of the little boys, who really is my favorite!, likes to play rough and my dog does not handle rough kids well.

Haley said her first word today! I dropped her off at daycare this morning and she said "bye" as I was leaving. It was plain as day and of course it made mommy's whole week! How is everyone else doing?

Ben cut his first tooth the other day. No crying, no fever. Crossing my fingers they all be like that.

I live a very boring life - full of housework and job searching.
My birthday is tomorrow. C is planning something but won't tell me. And he's doing the shopping for it tonight so whatever dinner is supposed to be will be sitting in my fridge. And I'm not supposed to peek. Did I tell you I'm horrible with surprises (but that I love them)?
I hope Emma is feeling better (happy belated birthday to Josh!). And yay for first words! Hooray for Friday!

Noah is sick yet again, too. He had a really high fever on Wednesday, just above 103 and had about a 100-101 fever yesterday. It is 10:20 and he is still sleeping so I have no idea what is going on with him today. I so can't believe he's sleeping still! Maybe he's making his sickies go away.
I am 22 weeks along now and still having some rough days with morning sickness and have to take my anti-nausea meds most days. I really thought it was going to be gone by now... it only lasted until 16 weeks with Noah. Also on the baby front, I think we are close to narrowing down a name. I'm very happy for this because I want to be able to talk to Noah about "the baby" and use a name.
Track season has officially started so I feel a little like a widow now. Matt is gone quite a bit. Noah and I have been trying to find other things to do so we just aren't sitting at home doing nothing. I'm hoping to have a Ladies Night Out here pretty soon... are you ladies interested? Maybe even paint some pottery on a Saturday that there isn't a track meet?
