Hi ladies - anyone have any exciting plans this weekend?
DH and I are coming down from our spring break house renovation high we were on last week. I'm loving our redone rooms and everything but I have stinkin' grad school class all day Saturday. DH is at a conference all weekend.
So, I hope you have fun plans and I can live vicariously through you ;-)

Re: Weekend Plans??
We don't have anything overly fun planned yet, but we are last minute type of people.
What kind of renovations did you guys do?
Hi, we are pretty last minute planners, as well. Explains why DH is watching basketball with his buddies tonight - I'm enjoying the night at home with the dog :-)
We changed our kitchen light fixtures - the ones we had previously hung very low and were kind of ugly. We also changed the fixtures in a few doorways.
We painted our front room (which is now an office) and our stairway and upstairs hallway. They previously were still the construction paint flat paint and was pretty dirty. Two of the walls are now a very pretty green and the rest is all an off white. We also finally got an office desk and book shelf. We'd said we'd get one for Christmas instead of getting each other presents and finally found one! I love it and it is coming in very handy with grad school.
We also had to do some major drainage work in our basement and finally got that done. So, spring break was great. Hope you have a good weekend :-)
Sounds great! Fixing up the house is always fun, even though slow & time consuming.
Our weekend was good, but too short as always.
We mostly hung out with my dad, because my mom was in Virginia for the weekend. Their doberman is in a cast on one of her legs & has to be watched all the time, so I hung around to help him out. Nothing exciting, lol
