Food in San Antonio

Hi! I grew up in San Antonio, but have lived in Austin for the past 6 years. Now, moving back to San Antonio...

Please tell me places to eat where I can get

1) crepes (savory and sweet)

2) delicious chips and queso

Re: Food in San Antonio

  • I have no idea about the crepes....I'm guessing you were used to that portable crepe place in Austin?

For chips and queso, Chachos is always good. Plus, they have giant frozen margaritas and Jack & Cokes!

ditto all this! ?I go up to austin to get Flip Happy crepes!?

  • I've heard that Cool Cafe on Vance Jackson has good crepes.?
  • There is a place on Bandera/1604 called B&G Crepes....very odd little place but not bad. I think Magnolia Pancake Haus has crepes too.?

?My hubby likes the chips and queso at Scenic Loop...Tiagos is good too. Other than that...we don't order it much.??

  • I also want to find out about this!

BTW, I would not go to Chacho's...they taste really good, but my husband (an ER nurse) has seen way too many people at the hospital after eating there.?
