Re: Emily

  • Thanks for checking in!

Unforunately, no . . .  but I'm starting to have "signs" of impending labor.  Unfortunately (again), those signs could still mean another week or so . . . I have a dr appt in a few hours.  Hopefully, he'll tell me I'm making some progress.

My maternity leave started last Monday, and I was so ready!  I wanted a few days off to get last minute things ready, but now I'm just eating up my leave.

Are you working in Concord this month?  We should have tried to squeeze in another GTG . . .

  • Well things are in progress so that's good.  I'm sorry I can't remember your due date.  Are you there yet?  Keep me posted.

I'm working in Manchester but once you are able to be out and about we'll have to do a GTG.

My H and I have been doing quite a bit of traveling to visit the fam to let them know we are expecting!  I'm officially into week 13, breezing into the 2nd trimester. Woohoo

  • Congrats!!  That's awesome!  I hope you're having a relatively easy time.   And keep me posted how things are going.  It's all still pretty fresh in my memory.

I'm technically due tomorrow.  I *think* I'm in the latent/beginning stage of labor, crampy, achy back, irregular contractions.  And it's been like this since about 6pm last night!  Thank God, I was able to sleep some last night.  My biggest fear is going into labor without having had a decent nights' sleep.  I get really cranky-like a toddler!

But I've been feeling okay for about an hour, so I have no idea if this is something that can come & go . . . I guess this is one time in my life that I actually want to start to feel worse . . .
