Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

i hate my office alarm company
im 2nd on the contact list if the alarm at my office goes off. over the weekend the alarm went off and they called me-but they called my OLD phone number at my moms house. ive given ADT the new number since ive moved. so my mother calls me hysterical yesterday because the alarm people told her they couldnt get in touch with me but they forgot to mention that the alarm was going off at my office and not my house. so my mom thought the alarm was going off at my house because of a break in and was on her way over to my house and called the cops because the alarm people said they couldnt get in touch with me. she though we were being held hostage or killed.
the horrible thing is that they put my mom through all this craziness because the power went out at the building and there was a communication failure.

What a horrible thing to happen to your mon! She must have been so scared. Did the cops come to your house?
