I used to make hamsteaks and spinach to go with it. Quick, easy and balanced.

What about a Southern Themed Dinner? Great with mac and cheese:
Cornbread maybe with some BBQ Chicken on Grill or even baked. With a side salad?
Cook the macaroni (1lb elbows is what I usually use) as directed. Drain and add to crock pot.
Add 12 oz can evaporated milk and 3 cups milk to crockpot.
Now, for the cheese, I cube 1 lb Velveeta, then shred 8 oz cheddar, 4 oz montery jack and 4 oz pepper jack. The recipe calls for 2 lbs cheese, so I mix it up a bit - too much pepper jack is awfully spicy!! ;-)
Occasionally, I shred in a bit of onion also....if I have it available...just for a bit of extra flavor.
Stir well, and cook on low for 3 hours.
I'm thinking some easy chicken too....
