As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. That was fast...
I added our condo to zillow.com with a few pictures that I had on my blog of the updates we did. H was talking to someone at his work and it turns out they're looking for a condo. He showed them the pics and they're interested. I hate to get my hopes up, but hearing that people are interested on the first day you list it is pretty good!!
We're getting new windows this weekend, so he told them we could show it to them in about a week or so. We have to do some major cleaning and decluttering before we show the place to anyone.

We ordered new windows for our house today - can't wait to get those puppies installed and start saving money on our utility bills! Take that, Atlantic City Electric! Ha

We want to stay in Mt. Laurel. If we sell early, we'll probably just try to rent until we find a house we really like. I can't wait to save some money on air conditioning this summer
