Dermatologist recommendation...

Anyone have a good one in South Orlando or Downtown???

Re: Dermatologist recommendation...

  • Sorry, the only one I know is over by Universal.

  • Mine is in Brevard... but he's great. Brevard Skin!
  • I went to Reflections Dermatology in Baldwin Park. http://www.reflectionsdermatology.com/

He had really good reviews on ratemds.com, and I thought he was really nice, personable. I had to have a full body check done, and he made it not awkward at all by keeping the convo going.

  • My husband and I have both gone to Dr. Sharon Stokes. She is located right across from the loop on the Orlando side.  Brand new office.  She came highly recommended to us.
  • I highly highly recommend Reflections Dermatology any time someone needs a Derm.  Dr. Dimitry Palcesky is the ONLY derm that was able to find a cause and treatment plan for my severe chronic hives back in 2006 after about 10 tries before him.  He was the most personable doctor and highly knowledgeable about my condition after others that had been practicing for 30+ years couldnt help me.  He is younger and seemed to know more about new literature and studies on skin conditions.  Older doctors seem to sometimes still follow older protocol and stuck me on steriods for treatment (which did not work and caused more issues) instead of trying newer methods first.

My co-worker also saw him for her eczema and her condition is completely under control now after an Rx cream.

    Good luck!

  • Thank you all so much! I will Give Reflections and Dr. Stokes a call to see which one is more convenient and I can get into! I have never found a dermatologist that I liked or took more than 3 seconds to look over my tons of moles.
  • Dr. Stokes is great.  She came recommended about 6 years ago:)
  • I go to Dr. Seff who's up in Casselberry, but I always hear good things about Dr. Judge, who's located just south of downtown.
