Crunchy. halfpint resale. how did you do?

I volunteered in sorting out the clothes that weren't sold. We had to put them in designated bins, etc. I think I remember you sold some stuff, right? If so how did you do?

I scored at the sale.  I got Maya a ton of toys. She loves the leapfrog maracas!! Got them for $5!!

Are you going to the MOMS event on Saturday?

Re: Crunchy. halfpint resale. how did you do?

  • I did pretty well! I only had 24 items to sell and I sold all but 6 (all hand-me-down's.) Hopefully most of the sales were prior to Saturday at 1pm!

I saw you on Friday walking out of the sale and waved but someone else caught your attention.

DH is a union member so we went early to the 1/2 price sale and really scored there. We got another boppy for $5!

For the MOMS sale it says, "Most members or public shoppers should arrive 1-2 hours before their shopping time - to Check-in (the earlier you arrive, the closer you are to the front of the line)." I waited in line nearly an hour to consign and that was a bit much for me so I think I'm done with consignment sales for this season. Do you plan on going? Did you go to the JBF sale?

  • Oh and I LOVE M's new photo! She's so stinkin' cute. Where did you have them done?

  • Cool!!  I'm glad you did well.  Some of bins were full as if nothing they offered sold.  I can't believe the amount of tiny baby stuff was still there.  I remember the fall sale I got a lot of cute stuff for maya, it paid off that she was in 6-12 months old clothes by then. I think a major number of moms look for the bigger sizes.

You were in line and saw me as I left? OMG, I'm sorry. I think I was talking with the girl that I bought the boppy from. I had the hardest time carrying all that stuff to my car. It was embarrassing.

I have a friend who is working the MOMS sale and she said after the member and volunteers go through stuff there is still a lot to choose from. I still plan on going. It's fun and daddy is staying home with Maya so, it works for me.  Maybe next year. : )

I did not go to the JBF one.
