For Sale: Lee's Summit Townhome
Hey ladies, my DH found out last week that he is getting transferred out of state effective next month. So, we need to sell our townhome super quick. Renting an apt. there and paying the mortgage here will not be fun in the meantime though 
The house is in a nice, quiet subdivision that's only a couple of years old. All major appliances are staying, including our almost new washer and dryer. My DH said he's even willing to let the 37" flatscreen he bought last year stay in the house too...so he obviously means business, lol. It would make a great starter home. And it's maintenence-free. So you won't have to hear your DH complain about mowing the lawn or shoveling the snow
