Wow, what a 48 hours it has been
OMG ... what a 48 hours it has been!! Dry spell is over and we had a hell of a long talk about our sex life (for the positive too!) and last night, we attended the big meeting regarding my son's nomination to go to the Friendship Games in Holland. He is one of about 1000 kids in the US that were nominated to go and we have committed to sending him. There will be teams from all over Europe and some African nations that will be participating in the games. Basically, it is an "olympic games for teenagers" and he is on TEAM USA. We are so damn proud of him and now, we have to pay for the trip fees - ouch!!!
Next step - letters of recommendation and interview!!
