Insurance companies SUCK!

I went to pick up my BCP today. Unbeknowst to me, our medical ins changed around so know my BCP is $$$. It used to be $30 for 3 packs, now it's $30 a pack.

I swear, they make it so hard for women who don't want to get pregnant.

Re: Insurance companies SUCK!

  • Wow--that is suck a huge difference.  Sorry!

  • If it makes you feel any better mine is $53 a pack.  It sucks big time!!!  I agree... one would think that they would make things like that inexpensive.  Perhaps if they did they would have less welfare babies to pay for.   Don't know if that's true or not but it could be!  All I have to say is that at least you have some insurance help!  :)  It's worse not having ANY insurance.  I promise!  :)
  • I agree, the cost is outrageous.  Kinda sucks for us who are trying NOT to have BOTB!

  • OMG!  You would think the insurance co would make it a bit more affordable as BCP is a whole lot cheaper then insurance coverage on the birth of a child and the years beyond that!!!  No offense, but I am so glad I do not have to deal with BCP any more - having my tubes tied was the BEST thing ever.  Now it is a fun whenever I want with DH and no worries. =)
