Baked Brie Experts

We're having a send-off lunch for one of the girls next week. I signed up to bring cheese & crackers and in the course of asking her about her favorite cheeses she mentioned her love of baked brie. My question is whether this is something that can be made ahead of time and then reheated prior to serving? We don't have an oven in our office, but we do have a toaster oven, in case that makes a difference.

ditto the toaster oven.  does the office have one?  it's super easy to do in there.

Thanks! I think I might end up trying the one from TJs that ssinca mentioned. I'm on the fence about whether I like this girl enough to make something by hand.

if I remember correctly, the prepared one at TJ's is about the same price as a regular brie...might as well save yourself the time + money.
