for most of us, at least a month or so has passed since our wedding...what comments do people still make about your wedding/reception?
for me, "that reception was soooooooo fun" or " your husband's vows were so much better than yours" (yes a few people have said that- his was a tear jerker" " that was the best reception ive ever been"
ok- your turn
Re: Alright married folks...
"Yall vows were so sweet" we pulled tears
"That cake was soooo good!" it was Publix (grocery store)
"Your venue was so pretty, how did you find it?" it was a southern mansion that fit out southern roots
My favorite thing about hearing what our guest had to say is that they loved the things we loved and worked to find/do.
The signature matte, candy buffet, and cake!!! Most had never seen a signature matte or candy buffet. By the end of the night the matte was full, the candy gone, and the cake demolished!!!
Also it provided a chance for our families to mingle and my BIL has decided that my peoples aren't so bad afterall and he is planning a trip back to KC just to visit!!! Some background, my BIL has been really leary of family beacause of the way that he, DH, and their sibilings grew up with little to no family around, so to see mine and how close we are, it blew his mind!!!
