After an entire year, almost to the day, I have figured out how to use my fax machine. I never even realized I was doing it wrong, just thought it was the fax machine from hell, dah dah dah......After fighting, pleading, and beating it for the thousandth time today, I discovered it works perfectly if you put the docs in sideways instead of longways. Please give me a little credit though, I have a very large all-in-one from my company that did not come with an instruction manual and there isn't anything that would indicate this method, but sure enough it works. I have never seen one that you put the documents in sideways, have you??

I have never seen one like that either. For a second, I thought, maybe that's what's wrong with mine but pages wouldn't fit long ways. It's just a craptastic all in one.
