Milwaukee Reproductive Endocrinologists
Has anyone every heard of or used Dr. Debra Schell? If not, have you heard of any other good RE's in the Milwaukee area?
TIA
Re: Milwaukee Reproductive Endocrinologists
Which clinic is Dr. Schell with?
From what I've heard, Dr. Grace Janik is supposed to be the best. Unfortunately for me, she doesn't take my insurance. I've seen Dr. Ellen Hayes just for a consultation and she was nice but expensive and at the time I was self pay. I've done two iui's with Drs. Strawn and Robb at Froedtert. Now I've switched to Dr. Sherbahn with Advanced Fertility in Gurnee, IL. They have higher success rates than clinics here and honestly, I just didn't come away from Froedtert trusting them to do an ivf.
Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then success with condoms! Who would ever have guessed.
This Cluttered Life
My DH had a varicocelectomy in January (at Froedert) and we go back next week for a follow up SA and I'm dreading it. I'm trying to stay hopeful that there is enough of an improvement that we can get PG on our own, but with how bad his numbers were originally we'll be happy if he's at least in the range to try IUI (he wasn't before).
I'm from Madison but also recommend Dr. Sherbahn in and Advanced Fertility in Gurnee. Our first IVF was successful and we now have 20 month old twins. His success rates are much higher than anyone else in Wisconsin and he also has shared risk programs.
Good luck
Only downside I have of using her is that she works out of Aurora St. Luke's and I live on the far northwest side of Milwaukee.
