How's the nursery coming along? I saw your cute design, just curious if you've made any progess. I can't wait to see the finished product!
Re: Silvahalo
Hey.
Yeah, room is painted, new carpet is installed, furniture is assembled and this week I have been busy making the bedding. I spent all day on Sunday working on cutting the fabric and assembling the dust ruffle and valance myself. I'm not using a pattern so it is sort of a trial by error here. But I'm having fun.
We also need to get a closet organizer installed and hopefully can sqeeze that in real soon.
Lots to do still and will post photos for sure. I would have LOVE to add a painted border to the room like you did, but I don't think I will have the time.
Thanks for asking!!
Sounds good! You have been busy! I think it's great that you are making your own bedding. I wish I was that talented. I can't wait to see it when it's done.
I have one more wall of circles to paint. My mom is making valances for the windows and we need to buy a small side table. Then everything should be done with ours. I will be so relieved when it's ready!
We have so much left to do and the days keep filling up with other things. I finally got the three pieces to the dust ruffle assembled, now I need to add the backing and then sew them to the connecting piece that lays over the spring board of the crib.
progress!
