Anyone get their state tax refund yet?

We sent ours around Valentines day and I go to check the status and it says that they don't have anything listed.  I'm worried that it got lost in the mail or something.  I know it says it can take up to 8-12 weeks, but wouldn't you think it would at least say "Processing" or something.

Did it take this long to process in the past?  I always remembered getting my state back way before my federal came.

 We got ours and we filed about 4 weeks ago.  Call them or call the person that prepared your taxes.  Good Luck!

We filed electronically and got them back in a week...maybe less.

Just got it yesterday.  We sent our stuff in about 2 weeks ago.

See, we tried to file electronically through HR Block and it came back saying it wouldn't accept it.

 

So, I printed out everything and sent it in snailmail.

now, I'm on hold. : (

One year I called because mine was late and they said my SS number wasn't on file after I'd been working and receiving tax checks for like 6 years. She was a real bag. I got my check about a week after that.

That happened to us last year. it took them seriously 4 months to get our refund to us.  it turns out they had misfiled it or something.  I'd call them once you get into the 10-12 week range, but stay on them... I had to call several times!!

This year, we had direct deposit done and it took probably 6 days.

We had to send ours snail mail this year (I had third party pay d/t maternity leave, so I couldn't send electronically). It took about 7 weeks to get the check. Fed did direct deposit.

What number do I call? I want one where I can talk to a person not an automated operator.

I did the email and it said they would get back to me in "several business days"  UGH!

We just got our state refund this week.  I think we filed mid Feb.  I haven't seen the $27 from federal yet and I'm not anxious about it!
