Am I taking crazy pills?-Craig's Cakes
I SWORE that I had a cake at the bridal show, 4 years in a row, from Craig's Cakes that had white cake with real strawberries. They say they do not have that, they use strawberry jam...Isn't Craig the one that looks like Grizzly Adams? A real big guy????

He wears the Hawaiian shirt or apron too.
Could it be because the strawberrries are not in season?!
He did a banana split cake for our wedding and that was in march. He said he would try his best since strawberries were not in season.
anyway, I wonder if customers complained about it and therefore he ended up switching to jam.
hmmm.
