Know anyone who cleans apartments?
We have an apartment building and 2 of our tenants had family issues and are moving and we need to get their units cleaned. My aunt had been doing it but she can't. Know anyone who does? And who is reasonable with their rates? The apartment is about 1100 square feet. Oh, we also need a new carpet cleaner and some drywall done- if you know anyone who does either of those, too.
