Ideas for daycare in Mequon area?
I realized that I should start looking for someone to take care of our child. Does anyone have any suggestions for possible part time care in the Mequon area? I'm new to this whole thing! I do recognize some of you from various other boards though.

Ah! I remember you from the old Knot days! How are you?! Congrats on the pregnancy!!
Do you guys live in Mequon now? I used to work there (live in Germantown) and Avery goes to Ozaukee Day Care and Learning Center. It's right off of Port and Liebau. I think they're a great facility and her current teacher is AWESOME. They serve breakfast, two snacks and lunch throughout the day (well, for toddlers). For the babies, they include formula and baby food in the price I believe, but you bring your own diapers and wipes.
The only "con" for us is that they don't do preschool, so next year, we'll have to find a new place that offers preschool AND daycare (but you won't have to worry about that for awhile!).

OMG! I don't think I've "seen" you in years, but I recognize your screen name. How are you?
I've been searching for daycare now too because I just changed jobs. If you go to maps.google.com and enter "daycare, mequon, wi", you'll get a bunch of hits with daycare names and locations. Craigslist also has some listings for in-home daycares. Good luck! It's a difficult decision.
