Jennifer Andersen www.angelicangles.com. We didn't use her for our wedding but she's done a maternity session and two baby sessions for us so far and I've been more than happy with the results of each one. She's reasonably priced also.

I second Pierre's Portrait Art.  We used him, and adore him.  A few of our friends have used him as well, and some of their photos are on his website.  He's amazing.

Kathy Kohl is very flexible and passionate about photography.  She really cares about getting you a good picture and the style of pictures you want, just be very clear about your expectations.  Very reasonably priced.

We used Stephen Funk and we were very happy. Frontroom is AMAZING but very expensive compared to Stephen Funk. I think we spent around $3,000 for Stephen and Frontroom for the same or less time was at least $5,000. If they are willing to spend the money FR is well worth the money!

We used Jeni with High Energy DJ and Photography out of Waterloo.  Jeni was an absolute blast and took WONDERFUL pictures (IMHO anyway!)
