Charter anyone??

Does anyone have Charter as their provider for internet/tv? Please share you opinion. Thanks!

we have all 3 internet/tv/phone and they do a fine job. A little pricy though.

We have internet phone and tv through them as well. Its reasonably priced compared to TimeWarner. The phone is definitely cheaper than AT&T

Like any other cable service, their customer service can lack sometimes, but its MUCH better than Time Warner, IMO.

Charter has been a customer service nightmare for us. For example, they tried to double bill us and it took 4 hours of phone conversations to sort out.  We've had about 3 other times in the last 4 years where we have had to be on the phone multiple hours to figure things out.

DH and I changed to ATT internet because they have much better customer service and it's cheaper.  We are contemplating getting DirectTV just because we hate charter so much and we don't want to give them business.

We did have the Charter Bundle, but we have switched to DirectTV.  We bought a new HDTV and DirectTV has more HD channels, plus they are cheaper than Charter.  We are switching our phone and internet to Verizon.

No customer service issues, just pricey in our book.

I HATED Charter when we had to use them in Madison. Their customer service blows.
