I went there before my wedding and LOVED it!!!! I got a body wrap, massage, facial, mani and pedi.
I would say my two favorite things were the massage and facial. This place is just soooo nice. I had a guy do the body wrap and massage too. Good hands. LOL!

The only spa service we paid for was a couples massage, that was absolutely wonderful. Their purifying bath ritual is free.

We stayed in the Vihara, which is made for 2 people. It's a huge suite with a screened in porch, huge 2 person whirlpool tub, and a fancy shower with like seven shower heads. It was heavenly.
I am in Barabo and have been there a few times! I LOVE it! You are treated like royalty there! Take your time, you can stay all day! Have fun!
Oh and I got a deep tissue massage and a facial usually... I recommend both or anything!
