Things are going good so far. Work is getting busier so woo hoo :
We bought our couches and bedroom set at M Jacobs and our table at Pier 1. If you go into M Jacobs - they will totally negotiate price. We got about $500 off of our bedroom set. And tell them you are building a house. They usually have some sort of discount for that.
