How was your weekend?

we got our new bedframe and bookcase today. so B is busy busy in the bedroom putting it together!

We had a lovely weekend.  I can't remeber the last time we didn't have anywhere to be at any certain time but today we totally made our own schedule.  Which included BBQ with friends and walking to the park with the kids and the puppy.  Oh yeah, and a lot of relaxing...  It was delightful!

It was good! We had a lazy Saturday, breakfast at  Fat Alberts, dog park, errands and margeritas. DH starts finals this week so he was at school all day yesterday and I started my first ever attempt at planting flowers in our yard! It was fun!
Where did you get your new bookcase? DH and I really need another one!!

We relaxed quite a bit and DH went for a run on Sunday while I went with him on my bike. But I came down with a cold, so I felt and am feeling pretty tired and stuffy right now.

How was your training in Tacoma?

Long and busy. Lots of homework and cleaning. We did manage to squeeze in some time for a couple of beers with some friends at the Horse Brass Pub last night though, which was a nice end to the weekend. I have finals comming up soon though and I didn't get enough homework done so I'll be busy the next few nights working on it. It was beautiful out yesterday though so I sat ouside to read some chapters which actually made some of the homework enjoyable.

i spent all sunday in chemical gear. its fun!

on the way home i sliced open the tip of my thumb on a file folder. it sucked! hahaha!
