Sorry I have been MIA !
Hi ladies!
I'm sure many of you remember me posting about hating my job...well...I have been interviewing and looking for a few weeks now...and...
I started a new job last week! The first week was awful, as I had 102 degree fever and bad flu all week long, so I didn't learn anything and was VERY overwhelmed with new job duties. Yesterday was much better and today was AWESOME. I finally feel like I am somewhat grasping my new job and responsibilities, and that is such a great feeling to have, after last week.
Also last week my best friend in the world got engaged to her wonderful man! She is thinking of a wedding next year in Hawaii, and I know that I am on the short list for MOH duties, so that will be a whole nother project for me to take on! I am throwing her an engagement party this weekend, and I am so so happy for her. She is not a planner AT ALL, so it will basically be me planning most of the details, which I love party planning anyway, so that's great for me.
So I probably won't be nesting much for a while as I catch up with my new job, and life in general, but I will try to check in occasionally! It's nice to see the board being busier, yay Portland Nesties!!
So I hope all is well with everyone else!

Congrats on the new job!! I am glad you are liking it so far.
I helped my best friend plan her wedding last fall and it was so much fun, she too, wasn't a planner at all and didn't really care about the details so I got to do the majority of it. We had a great time.
