Hello ladies! I was wondering if anyone had a great place where they bought their fresh seafood? My birthday is on the 14th and last year DH made me lobster, it was delicious! So he has to work late tomorrow and I was thinking I might take a stab at making the lobster this year...or crab legs, but I have never tried either and hope I can do it!!
Re: Seafood Recs?
I buy crab legs at Safeway or Costco. Costco is a huge amount, it was $27 and it was SO much crab, we had 4 people and we had 2 huge legs left over! I think Costco is the best "deal" and it was great quality.
Crab is easy to cook, boil a big pot of water, toss the crab legs in, cover. boil for about 7 minutes, and you are done!
I've also heard the City Market in NW Portland is a great place for seafood.
