Does anyone recommend refinancing a home at this time?
We're hoping we could refinance our current townhome now. Is it worth it if we're planning to buy a newer place next year and sell th9is one instead?

That's true. I believe we have 6.70% right now. If ever we can get a rate of 4%-5% would you think it will be worth it? We really are planning on moving we're kind of outgrowing our place now and we're planning on having a baby.

Just enter your current loan amount and interest rate and then the new loan amount and interest rate and compare the numbers. Then call a few places for closing cost estimates and see if it's worth it. Good luck!
