Re: Anyone going to the C.A.R. expo tomorrow?
Things have sucked around here, so I ducked out, removed my bios and vowed never to return. But, I'm avoiding studying at the moment, I can't concentrate, so here I am...
I was always low-key on the Knot and thought the Nest was a lot tamer. They a crazy had to come in a ruin it for everyone.
How is school?
Well, we are off the bathroom and instead doing the kitchen right now because of electrical issues so my Cardiff tile will have to wait. However, I've been able to find some awesome tile for backsplashes. This is never going to end! And it doesn't help that we keep finding excuses -- tomorrow we are going to a daytime taping of the Black Keys so we won't get as much done as we should. Oh, my husband went to the Spoon show last week and said it was awesome.
Electrical issues are a pain in the arse. If you need a good electrician, let me know, my pal Mike is awesome. I could dig around for his number for you.
School is awesome, time consuming and today my brain isn't able to be set on "concentrate" so I am reading the same farkin chapter about the Bauhaus over and over again. I wanted to have my homework out of the way and clear up my weekend time for the expo and DH, but I think my lack of focus has killed that!
I was sad to not get out to the Spoon show, I'm a bad friend. Great to see them sell out the Riv, THEN sell out The Vic. Massively proud of them. I saw the hilarious video they did for Don't You Evah, with the little Keepon robot - it is great. If you haven't seen it, search YouTube. So clever.
