I posted earlier this week about my foster puppy Chops. He will be at an adoption show tomorrow from 11am - 3pm at the Petsmart at the intersection of Barrington Rd & Schaumburg Rd.
Here is the bio I wrote for him:
Hi!
My name is Chops, and I'm a 3 month old golden retriever mix puppy.
I'm very playful, but I like my naps, too! I'm super sweet and love
attention. I love playing with toys and playing on the floor with you.
I'm doing really well with my house training, especially since I'm
still so young, and my foster mom says I'm doing well with crate
training, too. I'm also learning how to walk nicely on a leash, and I
don't even pull! I have two kitty foster brothers that I try to play
with a lot, but they don't always want to play back. But I'm very
gentle with them and would be okay in another house with cats. Oh! I
like other dogs, too! Come meet me at an adoption show and I'll steal
your heart!
Since Chops is still young he would need to be let out every 4 hours during the day. His adoption fee is $250 and includes seeing the vet, his shots, and being neutered. He is a part of the Almost Home Foundation. You can get more information about Chops and all of the other dogs/cats available with Almost Home by visiting their website:

If you have any other questions about Chops (or general questions about
adopting from Almost Home), feel free to ask. Thanks everyone!
Re: Chops' Adoption Show!
Lisa - he's good with kids and other dogs....are you sure you don't want to meet him?
Goin - I just wanted to let you know that I spoke to some of your concerns about the yorkies Gigi had told you about in the "Please read" post on the knot. I hope you will take it to heart; it's the truth.
