I hope no one minds. I wanted to post some info on my condo I am renting out.
It is a large one bedroom in Old Irving, with newer kitchen, bathroom, and large living room and bedroom. Has a nice deck, with gas grill, laundry in the basement, and forced air/heat. It is near the blue line, Metra and 90/94.
If you know anyone who may be interested, please forward them the Tribune or Craigslist ad. Thank you!

Oh, and its not too far from the Metra! ; )
But it's only 1,000 sqft, so I know that could be an issue for someone wanting to buy. But if you know anyone looking to rent, let me know.
I would love to sell it, but my friend told me it is really not a good time to sell right now. : (
