Ready for summer!
The only thing that might be a little off is the sofa, which is hard to say without seeing it. I wouldn't recommend something with a gray hue to go in a room with so much brown. But if it leans more to the cream-ish side, then it will look great.
What style is the couch? My one thought is that the rug and chairs are a bit more on the traditional side of a transitional style and the chairs are a bit more modern end on the transitional style. While I think it is possible to mix pieces with these styles, it's not for everyone.
The rug will look great off of your floors I think. I would worry about it too much. Especially with the white trim.
As long as the nuetrals in the couch and walls go well with the blue in the curtains (which I think they would) then I think you've got a lot going here. I would go for some accents (whether it's pillows, or glassware, or art) that are an even more saturated version of the rug and curtains, to make everything "pop". And with that great slate in the Kitchen/DR, it will all coordinate.
Overall, I really like it! And I love what you've done with your condo altogether!
I think everything should be fine -- the chairs will complement the couch well, and the curtains should look good. I would introduce another color for accents so everything isn't too matchy.
