hair stylist rave :)
since i am new to the chicago area and am in the process of finding a new hair dresser, dentist, primary care doc, nail place, brow place, etc, i figured i should share my experiences so far!
i went to cut my hair on thursday at sine qua non in lakeview. my stylist was jennifer. she is fantastic!!!!! she listens to your concerns, what you were thinking, gives you her opinion, but will still do what you want regardless.
my hair looks soo great. i have had strangers comment on it which had not happened to me in years! she taught me how to style it straight and curly....i already made my next appointment with her for may
i don't think i need to try anyone else. i lucked out and foudn a great stylist on my first try thanks to yelp!
oh and i had my eyebrows done with her too, and they turned out great. i should say, i am super picky about my brows because although i have very thick brows, the actual hairs are very thick but few and far between. if one hair is taken out that was not supposed to be, i end up with a space or a "hole" in my brow. she did them perfectly!! great, even shape.
